How to dry antifouling paint

I read with interest the email from Jon Chandler and the answer from Dick Durham on antifouling at low tide (Any Questions? June issue).

The crux of the story is held aloft in the few words on picking the right day – warm day with sun and drying winds.

But wait, there is another option: break out the leaf blower. It will dry the hull far quicker than the luck of a warm day, especially on the non-sunny side.
