A new 171-berth marina is to open in Plymouth this summer. King Point Marina, based in the old Millbay Docks, will have berthing for boats up to 25m LOA.

The surrounding area is being re-vamped into a waterfront cafe society by property developers.

The new Plymouth marina is part of a £4.5 million facelift.
